Manager - Operations (Retail & Commercial)

Malaysia Airports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Operations (Retail & Commercial) to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this critical role, you will lead the strategic development and execution of retail and commercial operations across our dynamic airport environments, driving sales, optimizing store performance, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

As a Manager - Operations (Retail & Commercial), you will oversee a team of retail and commercial staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of retail and commercial staff, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Oversee the development and implementation of retail and commercial strategies, ensuring that they align with company goals and objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all agreements are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stores are well-stocked and that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.
• Monitor store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote retail and commercial offerings, driving customer engagement and increasing sales.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety guidelines.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail and commercial operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as RetailPro, Lightspeed, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with airport operations and retail environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
