📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.
- Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
- Handle cash handling and financial transactions, including bank deposits and reconciliations.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
- Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific initiatives and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
