📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work efficiently to meet food service times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines in the kitchen.
- Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.
- Participate in inventory management and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Familiarity with using kitchen equipment and tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
