• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of development initiatives.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Director of National Planning.
• Ensure compliance with national and regional policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning and development.
• Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale development projects.
• Strong understanding of national and regional development policies and strategies.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using planning software such as GIS, ArcGIS, and other relevant tools.
• Certification in strategic planning or project management (e.g., Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP)).
