As a BMS Application Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of BMS projects, from initial design and configuration to commissioning and ongoing maintenance. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that our BMS solutions meet the specific needs of each project, integrating seamlessly with other building systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and configure Building Management Systems (BMS) for new construction and retrofitting projects.
• Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BMS solutions with other building systems.
• Commission and test BMS systems to ensure they meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BMS systems during the project lifecycle and post-construction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored BMS solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BMS technologies and industry best practices.
• Document BMS designs, configurations, and commissioning processes for future reference.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input to ensure project success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency in BMS software such as Honeywell Niagara, Siemens Building Technologies, or Johnson Controls Metasys.
• Familiarity with building automation protocols such as BACnet, LonWorks, and Modbus.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to Bali.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
