📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and commercial invoices, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of customs declarations, certificates of origin, and other required documentation for international shipments.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all logistics documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
• Monitor and track the status of shipments, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise with logistics documentation.
• Stay informed about changes in international trade regulations and ensure that our documentation processes are up-to-date and compliant.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the preparation of shipping instructions and other related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and analyses related to logistics documentation, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the global supply chain team to ensure seamless customs clearance and compliance for all international shipments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics documentation, customs clearance, or a related field.
• Proficient in using logistics and trade compliance software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, including customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and quality in all documentation.
• Fluency in English is a must, with additional language skills in Mandarin or other relevant languages being an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
