🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in managing people and culture initiatives.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and Workday.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
