📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct in-depth research on the cultural heritage of Bangka Belitung, including traditional practices, folklore, and historical events.
• Collaborate with local communities, historians, and cultural institutions to gather and analyze cultural data.
• Document and preserve the cultural heritage of Bangka Belitung through various mediums, including digital archives, publications, and exhibitions.
• Develop and implement cultural preservation projects, working with stakeholders to ensure the success of these initiatives.
• Participate in cultural events and activities, representing Heritage Insights Indonesia and contributing to the promotion of local culture.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in cultural heritage preservation and analysis.
• Prepare reports and presentations on cultural research findings, sharing insights with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of cultural policies and strategies, contributing to the broader goals of Heritage Insights Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Anthropology, Cultural Studies, History, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cultural research, heritage preservation, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian culture and heritage, with a particular focus on the Bangka Belitung region.
• Proficiency in using cultural research tools and software, such as NVivo, Atlas.ti, or similar qualitative analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to travel to various locations within Bangka Belitung and Indonesia as needed.
• Passion for and commitment to preserving and promoting cultural heritage.
