The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for real estate. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless property transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Knowledge of the local market and real estate trends in Bali.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
