🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Experience with remote hiring processes and virtual interviews.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
