📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with ZALORA's business objectives and HR strategies.,Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design customized solutions to meet ZALORA's unique needs.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR technology, and proactively recommend improvements to our HR systems.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other HR and business systems.,Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.,Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management activities to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion HCM projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the industry.,In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, including its modules, configurations, and best practices.,Strong understanding of HR processes and systems, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Certifications in Oracle Fusion HCM or other relevant HR technology certifications are a plus.,Previous experience working in a fast-paced, international environment is a plus.
