Prime Code Corporindo is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development and a commitment to helping our team members grow professionally.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Schedule and coordinate training sessions, both in-person and virtual,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to participants,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus
