📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Maintain accurate records and reports of all operations activities.,Identify and resolve any operational issues or bottlenecks promptly.,Assist in the implementation of new operational procedures and systems.,Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.,Provide operational support to the management team as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.
