📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's operational goals.
• Lead a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality materials and equipment.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and audits.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and cost savings in the mining sector.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
