📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal agreements.
• Provide legal opinions and advice to business units.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage corporate governance documents and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain legal documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of legal reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law or legal consulting.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
• Experience with contract management software such as ContractWorks or PandaDoc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Certification in corporate law or legal consulting is a plus.
