As a Legal Aid Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of legal aid workers, developing and implementing case management strategies, and ensuring that all legal services provided meet the highest standards of quality and professionalism. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders, to expand the reach and impact of our legal aid services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the legal aid program, ensuring efficient and effective case management.
• Coordinate with legal professionals, including lawyers, paralegals, and legal aid workers, to provide high-quality legal assistance.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the reach and impact of the legal aid program.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Manage a team of legal aid workers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to build strategic partnerships and expand the reach of the legal aid program.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the legal aid program, using data and feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Represent the Bangka Belitung Legal Aid Foundation at local, regional, and national events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal aid, non-profit management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with case management software, such as Caseflow or Legal Aid Online.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within the Bangka Belitung region.
