📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee daily store operations and ensure high levels of customer service.

Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and ordering.

Train and mentor junior store staff.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales and inventory reports.

Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in store administration or retail management.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and retail software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with POS systems and retail technologies is a plus.

Proven track record of improving store operations and customer satisfaction.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 20 kg.
