📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental staffing needs.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the most qualified candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with company culture.,Conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to attract top talent.,Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of successful hires.,Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and technologies, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
