PT Optima Pertiwi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from Rp 13.000.000 to Rp 19.000.000 per month. As a Junior Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage stock levels and order fulfillment.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report to management.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high standards of efficiency and safety.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
