📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and fuel efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies regarding fleet management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any issues or potential safety hazards.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet-related activities and transactions.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other team members regarding fleet operations and safety procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
