Greeting and assisting customers to ensure a pleasant experience,Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently,Preparing and serving food and beverages to customers,Maintaining a clean and organized work area,Assisting in inventory management and restocking,Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints professionally,Working as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods,Following health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment,Familiarity with basic food and beverage preparation techniques,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Friendly and customer-oriented attitude
