📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging English language lessons for students of all ages and proficiency levels
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with our curriculum and meet the unique needs of each student
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills
• Use a variety of teaching tools and resources, including interactive whiteboards, educational games, and multimedia presentations
• Collaborate with our team of educators to ensure that our students receive the best possible learning experience
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and best practices
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, progress, and feedback

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English Language Teaching, Education, or a related field
• TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent teaching experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to students of various ages and proficiency levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning
• Passion for language education and a commitment to helping students achieve their language learning goals
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
