Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of managers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to our guests.,Ensure that the hotel is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, and that all staff are trained and equipped to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our guests.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the hotel's performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local businesses, and community organizations.,Ensure that the hotel's brand is consistently represented and that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.,Oversee the hotel's financial performance, ensuring that it is operating within budget and that all financial targets are met.,Develop and implement a staff training and development program to ensure that all staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to provide exceptional service to our guests.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of success in managing a team of managers and ensuring that they are able to meet their targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.,Familiarity with hotel management software and systems, including property management systems (PMS), revenue management systems (RMS), and guest relationship management systems (GRMS).,Experience in developing and implementing staff training and development programs.,Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local businesses, and community organizations.🛠️ Keahlian
