Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or related roles,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Proficiency in using computer and customer service software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus,Previous experience in a similar role within the company is a plus🛠️ Keahlian
