📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and prospect potential customers in the Semarang area, focusing on Syariah Haji and Logam Mulia financing.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and develop tailored financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including credit analysts and customer service representatives, to ensure smooth transaction processing.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in Sharia finance and sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in Syariah finance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit marketing or sales, preferably in the Syariah finance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and Syariah-compliant financial products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CIFA, MIIA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements in the Syariah finance and Logam Mulia sectors.
