Bahagia Joko Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. If you have a passion for numbers and a commitment to accuracy, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the general ledger and other accounting records,Prepare and process payroll for employees,Process and reconcile bank statements and other financial transactions,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and external parties,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment,Perform data entry and analysis for financial reporting purposes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Fluency in English and Indonesian
