📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, ordering, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 employees, providing training and development opportunities.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
• Handle cash handling and financial transactions, including bank deposits and reconciliations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.
• Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Proven ability to manage a team and drive operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and POS software.
