📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.,Support the marketing team in managing and optimizing digital marketing channels.,Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform marketing decisions.,Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content.,Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.,Assist in the coordination of marketing events and promotions.,Provide administrative support to the marketing department as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior in Dili.,Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
