📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building assets to ensure compliance and optimal performance.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance schedules with contractors and vendors.
• Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to improve operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
