📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks.,Support the IT team in implementing new software and hardware solutions.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Provide technical support to employees and manage user accounts.,Monitor system performance and report any issues to the IT team.,Assist in the setup and configuration of new IT equipment.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the IT field.,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
