As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex construction and facilities management projects from inception to completion. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and facilities management projects.,Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.,Lead and mentor junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.,Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desirable.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction and facilities management industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards in Bali and Indonesia.
