📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement community health education programs to promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention.,Lead a team of health educators and community health workers to deliver educational initiatives in various communities.,Conduct needs assessments and community engagements to identify health education priorities and gaps.,Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance the reach and impact of health education programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health education programs to ensure they meet their intended objectives.,Represent SingHealth Group at local and national health education conferences and events.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in community health education.,Manage and allocate resources effectively to support the delivery of health education programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in community health education, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing health education programs.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Understanding of local cultural contexts and community dynamics in Bali.,Certification in health education or a related field is a plus.
