📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.,Manage inventory and procurement to optimize costs and ensure availability of ingredients.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to maintain a positive reputation.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Comply with health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of improving sales and operational efficiency.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in marketing and customer relationship management is a plus.
