This role is perfect for someone with 3-5 years of experience in translation and sales, holding a degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, or a related field. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate and localize documents, websites, and marketing materials between Mandarin and Indonesian.
• Facilitate meetings and negotiations between clients and our team, ensuring clear communication.
• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage and update CRM systems to track sales leads and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on the latest trends.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on translation and sales best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Indonesian, with a minimum of HSK 6 or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in translation and sales, with a proven track record of successful client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation Studies, International Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or business services industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid work visa for Indonesia, if required.
