📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily shop operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Train and mentor junior shop assistants to maintain high standards of service and sales.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage and maintain the shop's cleanliness and organization.,Monitor shop performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Promote sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of retail operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.
