📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the insurance industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management abilities.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Understanding of insurance products and market trends.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
