Gate One Corporindo is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members succeed. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining a strong connection to the office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with company goals and employee development needs.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned in their work.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Maintain accurate records of training programs, participant attendance, and program evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, assessment tools, and learning theories.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel to different locations within the company as needed.
