PT Giri Garuda is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy HR Manager to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our organization in the beautiful region of Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Deputy HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Director in managing and developing our human resources strategy, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies aligned with the company's vision and mission.,Support the recruitment and selection process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including leave management, payroll processing, and insurance benefits.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Provide guidance and support to the HR team in day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
