• Oversee and optimize daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and maintain operational best practices and procedures.
• Leverage Salesforce and QuickBooks to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and achieve business goals.
• Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations management, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
