Fresh Zone Pratama is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Update and maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of recruitment events and job fairs.
• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and metrics.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
